Delivery and Returns Information

 

 

NatWest 6 Nations Official Store only use fully tracked delivery options to keep our customers fully up to date with where their orders are.

We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday on the same working day!*

Our standard processing and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on 6 Nations Official Store. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of 6 Nations Store and our delivery partners.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS TO UK MAINLAND OVER £75.00

UK Standard - £3.95 

Estimated delivery time for this service is 3 – 5 working days. This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, excluding the Channel Islands, This is a fully tracked service. This service does not require a signature and if an item can be posted or left in a safe place it may be. The most appropriate delivery partner will be chosen at the time of dispatch and you will receive your tracking link in your dispatch email.

UK Express Delivery - £6.95

Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-2 working days. This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, excluding the Channel Islands, This is a fully tracked service. This service does not require a signature and if an item can be posted or left in a safe place it may be. The most appropriate delivery partner will be chosen at the time of dispatch and you will receive your tracking link in your dispatch email.

The Channel Islands up to 1KG - £4.95

Channel Islands 1KG - 5KG - £6.95

Estimated delivery time 2 - 5 working days. Deliveries could be subject to customs checks and therefore incur a short delay. Also, deliveries may be subject to local duties after customs inspections.

European Tracked Delivery - £12.50

Estimated delivery times for this service is 3 – 7 days dependant on where in Europe your delivery address is. This is a fully trackable service from the moment it is collected by the carrier. The carrier will make every effort to contact you via any contact method you have supplied in the event they could not deliver the first time. Deliveries to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Also, deliveries outside the EU may be delayed due to customs inspections, these are outside the control of 6 Nations Rugby Store.

International Tracked Delivery - £22.50

Estimated delivery times for this service is 3 – 7 days depending on where in the world your delivery address is. This is a fully tracked service from the moment it is collected by the carrier. The carrier will make every effort to contact you via any contact method you have supplied in the event they could not deliver the first time. Deliveries to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Also, deliveries outside the EU may be delayed due to customs inspections; these are outside the control of 6 Nations Rugby Store.

*During busy periods e.g. Christmas, tournament time etc. dispatch times may vary.  

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (We extend this to January 14th for all orders placed in December)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sportfoliotrading@gmail.com and send your item to: Southfields, Common Lane, Bramcote, Nottingham, NG9 3DT

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
