We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday on the same working day!*

International Tracked Deliveries - From £6.50
Estimated delivery times for this service is 5 – 10 business day. You will be sent a tracking number once the item is dispatched and as the parcel progresses the tracking will update. The countries national carrier will take over final mile delivery and there will be a link enabled on the landmark track and trace site to enable tracking with the national carrier.
*During busy periods e.g. Christmas, tournament times etc. dispatch times may vary.
Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on the store. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of Guinness Six Nations Store and our delivery partners.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (We extend this to January 14th for all orders placed in December)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
